The Hindu American Foundation has no leg to stand on when it says, "California’s case against CISCO Systems is unconstitutional as it violates Hindus' religious freedom"

"California’s case against CISCO Systems is unconstitutional, violates Hindus’ religious freedom,"

Says the "Hindu American Foundation"

https://www.hinduamerican.org/press/california-cisco-case-violates-religious-freedom

BUT THAT APPEAL CAN BE QUASHED

because the Indian government and the Supreme court of India has categorically stated that they will not accept there is such a thing as "Hindu religion".

WATCH THE VIDEO in which Mr Modi vehemently opposes the term "Hindu religion"

(How old is the Hindu Religion?)

DO THEY (HAF) HAVE A CASE?

My opinion..

Our guys should go straight for the kill, using the term ex-UNTOUCHABLES  today legally known as SCs and avoid the term Hindu-Dalit

Since Hindu is not a religion, SCs are not Hindus. This was also proved by Dr Ambedkar at the 2nd RTC. To prove SCs are not Hindus was crucial, in order to legally secure the right for seperate electorate. This he did and if Mr Gandhi had not emotionally blackmailed Dr Ambedkar to sign the Poona pact, NO SC OF TODAY WOULD BE KNOWN AS HINDU

So which religious freedom is being violated according to HAF?

(The freedom to discriminate based on birth?)
